Getting Started - Step by Step This is where you beging and ifyou follow these few sets of directions, you will be well on your way to completely understanding the entire site and structure needed to be an expert!

| Sign-Up (Becomming a Member) |
|
The very first thing you will need to do is become a member. The First decision you have to make is what are you becomming a member of?

| Creating a Site? |
|
On the home page simply click on the Create my administration account link. There you fill out the form and the system will email you your temporary password along with a link to authenticate your account and you will be taken to a Site Builder Wizard that will walk you through the process.

|
On the home page simply click on the Sign into my site link and enter your Login ID and Password..

Administrators should go to their Admin Information Page link from their Main Menu.

Questions and Answers These are general questions that are asked and need answers to.

| What is the difference between becoming a member of a company or a member on a personal level. |
| Nothing, other than the way you decide to setup your system. A company may have more categories and sub-categories, where something on a more personal level like a family may have fewer categories and sub-categories. |

| How long will it take me to finsh building by Earned Points System? |
| The first section will take approximately 10 minutes to build. The second phase will take an additional 15 minutes, possibly more. Once you have created the framework, the rest will depend on how many members, categories and permission settings you decide to give to those members and categories.

| Can someone build my Earned Points System for me? |
| Yes!. For a nominal fee we can build your Earned Points System for you/your company. You will find it is easier than you would imagine. |

| How do I Change the Column Sorting? |
| First and foremost.... notice the default coumn already selected for you. There are other options depending on what it is you want to do.
Sorting by Column Each table has a default column by which it sorts. You will notice the sorting column will have either an Up-Arrow or Down-Arrow next to the Column Title.
Changing the Sort Column To change the coulmn it sorts by, simply click on the Column Title you want to use as the Sorting Column then you will notice the arrow will be next to the Column Title making it the new sorting column. The Up or Down arrows are for whether it is sorting Accending or Decending.

| Why can't I see any Tasks and/or Prizes? |
| 90% of the time it is related to -permissions-, whether it be for that specific task or prize, the group that the Tasks and/or Prizes are associated in, the specific member permissions given or the permisssions given to a member group.
Have your administrator look in the Admin section and check the Members, Groups, etc and see if they need to make some adjustments.

| View Prizes |
|
The Main Page for the Prizes Category.
Here is where the prizes are displayed to those members that have permission to view them along with the more detailed description, the assigned category, the amount of points needed to purchase/buy the specific prize and any image or attachment that may have been assigned with the prize to better describe the prize.
If the member viewing the prize has enough points in their account to but that specific prize, there will be a BUY link in the last column for them to click on to chose the prize they want which will give them a chance to confirm the selection and give the member an opportunity to add a comment to the administrator. Once they have finally submitted their purchase a Certificate for Prize will be displayed and added to their account.
They can print out the certificate to have a hard copy to present or keep it in electronic form. Each prize has the members name, site name, date issued, points redeemed to aquire the certificate and a specific Certificate Number which will keep track of it and if and when it has been redeemed.

| View My Prize Certificates |
|
This will display a page that will list the Certificates one per line along with their status such as Open or Redeemed.
If the status is Open it will have a link that when clicked will return their certificate containing the Prize Title and Description they selected to Purchase/Buy this certificate in the form of a Certificate/Voucher look, the Date Issued, Members Information, the Site the member belongs to and how many poiints were redeemed as well as the specific Certificate Number.

| Overview Prizes |
|
This page will display all of the Prize Categories and their Sub-Categories and then the Prizes which are in those areas all on one page to make it easier to see what has been done.
A better way to view and understand the layout of Prizes, where they are placed and how the category layout works with the prizes.

| Prize Bought History |
|
This page keeps track of which prizes were bought, when, and the comment if one was added. This table simplifies and organizes them making it easy to know and verify each prize purchased and whether they have been redeemed and if so, when.

| Suggest a Prize |
|
This page allows a member to suggest a new prize to the administrator or whomever is managing the prize portion of the site.
Enter the Suggested Prize Name of the prize and the Suggested Description - and if you wish you can add an estimated dollar value to give the administrator/moderator a better idea of the prize value - and then submit your suggestion.
The administrator/moderator will receive an email of your suggestion and will be able to review the suggested prize.
At that point they can accept it as is, reject your suggestion or modify it. Whatever the administrator/moderator decides, you will be notified via email. If approved, the prize may be available right away.

| View Tasks |
|
This is the main page when it comes to Tasks!
Each page contains the lists of tasks available for the member to accomplish.
If the task is not appropriate for a specific member it should not get displayed.
Along with the task name is the category it was aligned with, a more detailed description, the number of points they will receive after that specific task was completed and a link called I Completed this Task which once they click on, will display a verification page with a chance to send the administrator/moderator a comment. Once the task is submitted, the system will send the administrator/moderator an email with this information to verify/confirm the task completion.
Either the administrator/moderator will approve the task as having been completed, reject the completion request or partially except the submitted task. Whichever, the member will be notified and the appropriate points will be distributed into the members account.

| View My Completed Tasks |
|
A listing of all the tasks the member designated as their Completed Tasks and the current state of those tasks... if they were confirmed and approved by an administrator/moderator.

| Suggest a Task |
|
This page allows a member to suggest a new task to the administrator or whomever is managing the task portion of the site.
Enter the Suggested Task Name of the task and the Suggested Description - and if you wish you can add a level of difficulty to give the administrator/moderator a better idea of the task value - and then submit your suggestion.
The administrator/moderator will receive an email of your suggestion and will be able to review the suggested task.
At that point they can accept it as is, reject your suggestion or modify it. Whatever the administrator/moderator decides, you will be notified via email. If approved, the task may be available right away.

| Change Password |
|
This page should be used by every member since their initial password -if given out by the system- will be difficult to remember. Once a member authenticates their account, they should go to this page to change their password to something easier to remember.
Even if the Admin creates the account and assignes the password for a member, the member will still most likely want to change it to something they can more easily remember.

| View Transactions |
|
This page will keep track of all the occurences, actions, tasks, prizes, consistency points, etc that happens in a member account. A good tool for verifying what has occured and how the task and prize points have been recorded.

| Consistency Login Chart |
|
Here is where the consistency chart is displayed showing the dates, the points received and how those points were determined.
Also the chart on the lower section of the page will show how consistency points will be distributed letting a member know what they can expect.
This is simply a bonus system for remembering to login each day and actually logging into your account. That is all you have to do and you will receive the points designated for that day.
If you miss a day the points earned goes back to day one!
So you can see how important it is to be consistent. A great memory and action tool.
